1. Geltung

Diese Bedingungen regeln die Nutzung der App „NOVURA" (die „App"), bereitgestellt von Teddynews (Wolfgang Lindner), Österreich. Mit der Installation und Nutzung stimmst du ihnen zu. Ergänzend gilt der Standard-Lizenzvertrag von Apple.

2. Konto und Gast-Modus

Du kannst die App ohne Konto als Gast nutzen. Für Chats, Treffen, Listen und Abos brauchst du ein Konto über „Anmelden mit Apple" oder „Anmelden mit Google". Du bist für die Sicherheit deines Apple- oder Google-Kontos verantwortlich. Dein NOVURA-Konto kannst du jederzeit in der App löschen.

3. Lizenz

Du erhältst ein einfaches, nicht übertragbares Recht, die App auf von dir kontrollierten Apple-Geräten zu nutzen. Es ist untersagt, die App zu kopieren, zu verändern, zurückzuentwickeln oder weiterzuverbreiten.

4. Stufen und Abos

Die Grundfunktionen der App sind kostenlos. Zusätzlich gibt es die Stufen Pro und Elite als Abo mit automatischer Verlängerung. Jedes neue Konto erhält 30 Tage lang alle Funktionen der Stufe Elite (Teddy-Monat); danach gilt automatisch die kostenlose Stufe, ohne dass du etwas tun musst.

Preise und Laufzeiten stehen in der App und im App Store. Abos werden über deinen Apple-Account abgerechnet und verlängern sich automatisch, wenn du sie nicht spätestens 24 Stunden vor Ablauf kündigst. Kündigen kannst du jederzeit in den Einstellungen deines Apple-Accounts unter „Abonnements". Erstattungen bearbeitet Apple nach seinen Regeln. Eine Stufe gilt sofort nach dem Kauf; bei einem Wechsel zwischen Stufen gelten die Regeln des App Store.

5. Inhalte und Verhalten

In Chats, Treffen und Profilen gilt: keine Beleidigungen, keine Belästigung, keine Diskriminierung, keine rechtswidrigen Inhalte, keine Werbung ohne Erlaubnis. Du kannst Nachrichten und Events melden und Nutzer blockieren. Ein Wortfilter prüft Nachrichten vor dem Senden. Bei wiederholten Meldungen werden Inhalte automatisch ausgeblendet; bei schweren Verstößen können wir dein Konto sperren. An deinen eigenen Inhalten behältst du die Rechte; du räumst uns das Recht ein, sie in der App anzuzeigen.

6. Events und Treffen

Veranstaltungsdaten stammen von Dritten und können sich ändern. Prüfe Zeit, Ort und Preis beim Veranstalter. Treffen, die Nutzer anlegen, sind private Verabredungen zwischen Nutzern; wir sind nicht Veranstalter. Die SOS-Funktion hilft dir, deine Vertrauensperson oder den Notruf anzurufen. Sie ersetzt keine eigene Vorsicht und keine Rettungsdienste.

7. Teddy und künstliche Intelligenz

Teddy, die Vorschläge und der Prozentwert an Events werden mit Hilfe künstlicher Intelligenz erzeugt. Sie sind Vorschläge und können Fehler enthalten. Die Entscheidung triffst du.

8. Keine Gewähr

Die App wird „wie besehen" bereitgestellt. Wir sichern keinen ununterbrochenen, fehlerfreien Betrieb und keine Eignung für einen bestimmten Zweck zu.

9. Haftungsbeschränkung

Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, haften wir nicht für mittelbare Schäden, Datenverluste oder entgangenen Nutzen aus der Nutzung der App. Unberührt bleibt die Haftung für Vorsatz und grobe Fahrlässigkeit sowie zwingende gesetzliche Rechte, insbesondere Verbraucherrechte.

10. Änderungen

Wir können die App und diese Bedingungen weiterentwickeln. Die aktuelle Fassung findest du auf dieser Seite.

1. Scope

These terms govern your use of the "NOVURA" app (the "App"), provided by Teddynews (Wolfgang Lindner), Austria. By installing and using the App you agree to them. Apple's standard licence agreement applies in addition.

2. Account and guest mode

You can use the App without an account as a guest. Chats, meetups, lists and subscriptions require an account via "Sign in with Apple" or "Sign in with Google". You are responsible for the security of your Apple or Google account. You can delete your NOVURA account in the App at any time.

3. Licence

You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the App on Apple devices you control. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the App.

4. Plans and subscriptions

The core features of the App are free. In addition there are the Pro and Elite plans as auto-renewing subscriptions. Every new account gets all Elite features for 30 days (Teddy month); afterwards the free plan applies automatically, without any action on your part.

Prices and durations are shown in the App and in the App Store. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple account and renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel at any time in your Apple account settings under "Subscriptions". Refunds are handled by Apple under its rules. A plan applies immediately after purchase; switching between plans follows the App Store rules.

5. Content and conduct

In chats, meetups and profiles: no insults, no harassment, no discrimination, no unlawful content, no advertising without permission. You can report messages and events and block users. A word filter checks messages before sending. Repeatedly reported content is hidden automatically; for serious violations we may suspend your account. You keep the rights to your own content; you grant us the right to display it in the App.

6. Events and meetups

Event data comes from third parties and may change. Check time, place and price with the organiser. Meetups created by users are private arrangements between users; we are not the organiser. The SOS feature helps you call your trusted contact or the emergency number. It does not replace your own caution or emergency services.

7. Teddy and artificial intelligence

Teddy, the suggestions and the percentage shown on events are generated with the help of artificial intelligence. They are suggestions and may contain errors. The decision is yours.

8. No warranty

The App is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss or lost profits arising from use of the App. Liability for intent and gross negligence, and mandatory statutory rights, in particular consumer rights, remain unaffected.

10. Changes

We may keep improving the App and these terms. The current version is always available on this page.
